I had a Surgical Procedure on 12/28/23 at 2950 S. Maryland Pkwy.. I went in at 7:30 for 8:30 procedure..Things moved so quickly and soon I was in my gown and ready to go..The Procedure seemed like it went so fast. Soon after I was in recovery and had to be monitored for bleeding for 2 hours…My Nurse came in after explained discharge directions and I was on my way home. My experience was the Best. Thank You to all my surgery crew -‘Marie, Pauline & Vivi..You Ladies are Awesome so Sweet, kind and professional ❤️

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Checked in immediately and the staff person checking me in was super nice. After checking in I waited for less than 5 minutes and got called back to get my scan. Everyone was friendly and quick. Would recommend them. If I had any suggestions for improvement might be that I was getting an ultrasound and it took about 1/2 hour but the technician never really explained what they were doing or why which would have been nice. They were friendly though.

This particular location allows for after hours appointments for MRI. My appointment was at 5:30pm with a 5pm requested arrival time. Check in (scan of DL and Insurance card and collection of copay) was quick and simple. After being called from the waiting room, I was escorted to the changing room. There are lockers provided for you to place your clothing, but they advise that you keep your personal belongings with you. They provide two gowns, one to be tied at the front and the other tied at the back. I was instructed to keep my bottoms, socks and shoes on. A longer wait at the secondary waiting room after changing into the gowns. Once I was called into the imaging room, I was instructed to place my personal items and the key to the locker into a safe and create/enter my code. After the tech went over my medical information that I had pre-filled online prior to the appointment, I was positioned into the MRI. I was asked my preference in music, and a headset was provided. The tech provided me with updates like how much longer it would take, that the MRI will be louder for the next scan, etc. The procedure itself took about 30mins, the wait was about an hour, and then I elected to wait another 15mins so that I could leave with a CD copy of my scans.

I was greeted very friendly and courtesies. The place is very clean and welcoming. My procedure was fast and again was treated with respect and friendlyness by technicians even though I was a little more difficult case. They handled it wonderfully and with ease. The Dr was very professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone In closing though I can't quite understand why a so advanced ( in technology) business doesn't offer equipment or manpower to be able to handle an amputee elderly person at all their facilities.

We were never told that we needed an appointment for a walk in x-ray series. They started this Jan 1. 2023. Never informed the Doctor's office that I go to. Then we were told that they don't have a scheduler there on site and we would have to call for an appointment. I have worked in imaging for 30 years and even this company at one time. Never has a patient had to do this before. The site is beautiful and the technologists are great. They always had schedule issues. How difficult would it be for them to have a seat with someone who could call and help make appointments.
